1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, carrots, spinach, onions, bread crumbs,
and barbecue sauce. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the meat mixture into equal patties, one per serving, approximately four inches (10
cm) in diameter. Place on the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or
until fully cooked, making sure to flip halfway through.
4. Place the burgers on buns and top with dressing and mixed greens. Enjoy!
